This is a Bauscher Weider dinner plate. They were designed by John Portman. It measures 10.75 inches in diameter, with no surface scratches, and is in excellent condition. There is a tiny spot on the back. Please see the photos. This plate is a rare find that was made in Bavaria Germany. It would look great displayed as a decorative plate.
